The Monarch eggs have hatched and it’s fun to watch the caterpillars chew up the Swamp Milkweed.

Butterfly Gardening 
Just found my first caterpillar today. Usually my milkweed barely starts to grow before they chomp it down. This year my plants look great. Lots of flowers. But only one caterpillar. Never made it to butterfly stage so hopeful this year that i have th e right balance.
