Loved seeing your garden!
What do you think is the best way to get rid of grass without using round up? Do you just dig it out?
I’d suggest first cutting and bagging the grass as close as possible to get rid of any seeds.
Then cover the grass with a layer or two of newspaper.
Then put a layer of dirt or dirt/compost mixture on top of this.
You can plant directly into this and it works great.
You can also add a layer of mulch around your plants.
The grass will die under it all and will provide organic matter for the soil.
